This sweet North Carolina couple decided on a destination getaway for their nuptials. Randi envisioned Kevin’s and her White Point Gardens wedding to be an intimate affair that was elegant yet relaxed. They wanted close friends and family to enjoy their time in the Holy City and to celebrate this special occasion in their lives. Randi and Kevin met one night at a get together at an acquaintance’s home. The group decided to head to a bar and piled into a truck. The limited space meant for some creative human tetris. Randi ended up sitting on Kevin’s lap, which was a perfect conversation starter. That chance meeting led to romance and now marriage.
The couple decided on a First Look so they could get the most out of Downtown Charleston’s beautiful architecture and landscapes. This also meant they could head to the celebration sooner. During their ceremony at White Pointe Gardens, the couple passed two ribbons around to all the guests so each person in attendance could add a knot gradually combining the two ribbons into one. Once it got back to Randi and Kevin, they tied the final knot symbolizing their union. After being announced husband and wife, everyone gathered at Poogan’s Porch, one of Charleston’s oldest fine dining restaurants, for a gourmet meal. Congrats Randi and Kevin!
