Holly and Chris envisioned an intimate Magnolia Plantation wedding with close friends and family. With a spring celebration, Holly wanted soft but inviting colors of peach, mint, dark blue and a light brown. Out of the Garden created bountiful bouquets with eclectic flora that included peach roses, succulents, and lamb’s ear. This array of blooms brightened the green backdrop of Magnolia Plantation’s Conservatory, which serves as a third venue option on the property and is perfect for smaller celebrations. The couple married on a nearby manicured lawn. Holly’s father, a judge, officiated. Chris surprised everyone with a one-song tune he strummed on his ukulele. After sweetly serenading his bride, the pair kissed and were officially introduced as husband and wife.

Holly describes Chris as funny, charming, thoughtful, heart of gold, tall, blonde and handsome. Chris describes Holly as unassuming, humble, with a smile and aura about her that you can’t help but fall in love – and laughs way too hard at cat jokes. It’s evident that they’re head-over-heels in love and the funny thing is they grew up in the same midwestern community but didn’t connect until they were older. Chris played on the same baseball team as Holly’s brother in middle school and their parents even knew each other. But it wasn’t until they ran into each other at a work event that something more developed. They’ve been together ever since. Congratulations Holly and Chris!
